Walking provides:

- Improves blood circulation and your immune function
- Is the cheapest travel option, because it
is FREE (although you may have to buy good footwear)!
- The potential for more personal interaction, leading to vibrant
communities
- Contributes to and builds a sense of community in neighborhoods
- Improves the feel of an area, creating a living area.
